¾ cup (175 mL) Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish2 cups (500 mL) sour cream2 cups (500 mL) mayonnaise1 pkg (10 oz/284 kg) frozen chopped spinach, drained1 pkg (45 g) dry vegetable soup mix
1. Combine all ingredients for dip.2. Cover and chill until serving. Stir well before serving.
1. Hollowed out peppers make colourful serving dishes for dips2. For a less spicy version, replace Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish with Bick’s® Savoury Tomato Relish.3. For a healthier version use light sour cream and mayonnaise.
