Pancakes1 1/4 cups (300 mL) pancake mix1 cup (250 mL) water6 tbsp (90 mL) fresh strawberries, choppedStrawberry Orange Sauce1 cup (250 mL) Smucker's® Pure Strawberry Jam1/3 cup (75 mL) orange juiceStrawberry Maple Syrup1 cup (250 mL) Smucker's® No Sugar Added Strawberry Fruit Spread3/4 cup (175 mL) maple syrup
1. Preheat skillet or griddle to medium-high (375°F/190°C).2. Combine mix and water in small bowl. Mix with a whisk until large lumps disappear.3. Pour 1/4 cup (50 mL) batter for each pancake onto lightly greased preheated griddle. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. (15 mL) chopped berries evenly over surface. Cook until bottom is golden and surface is slightly dry. Flip over and continue cooking until second side is golden.4. Serve warm, fruit side up with butter and syrup, Strawberry Orange Sauce or Strawberry Maple Syrup.
