Grilled Pork Chops4 loin pork chops, 3/4” (2 cm) thick, trimmed of fat1/2 tsp (2 mL) garlic saltApricot Mustard Glaze1/4 cup (50 mL) Smucker's® Apricot Jam2 tbsp (30 mL) coarse grained or Dijon mustard
1. Heat grill. Rub both sides of pork chops with garlic salt.2. In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients; mix well.3. When ready to barbecue, place pork chops on gas grill over medium-low heat or on charcoal grill 4-6” (10-15 cm) from medium-hot coals. Cook 8-12 minutes or until tender and no longer pink, turning once and brushing with glaze during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
1. Try the glaze on chicken pieces.
These lamb chops will just melt in your mouth! Serve them as an appetizer or as a main course for your Easter Dinner.
