5 lbs (2.5 kg) chicken pieces250 mL (1 cup) Smucker’s® Apricot Jam¾ cup (175 mL) Bick’s® Savoury Tomato Relish2/3 cup (150 mL) French or Catalina salad dressing1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).2. Arrange chicken in single layer in large foil-lined baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.3. Bake in preheated oven , 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours, or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork. 4. Serve with stir fried vegetables and rice.
