1 lb (500g) ground beef2 medium onions, chopped1 large green pepper, chopped1 can tomatoes (28 oz/796 mL), undrained1 can kidney beans (28 oz/796 mL), undrained1 can tomato sauce (19 oz/540 mL)1 cup (250mL) uncooked macaroni1/3 cup (75mL) Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish1 tbsp (15mL) chilli powder salt and pepper to taste shredded Cheddar cheese, optional
1. Sauté meat, onions and peppers in large saucepan until meat is no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients, except for cheese.2. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is cooked. Serve hot. Sprinkle each serving with cheese, if desired.
