Chicken Tortilla Rolls

Chicken Tortilla Rolls

Makes: 48 appetizers

Ingredients:

1 (250 g) pkg cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp (45mL) Bick’s® Sweet Corn Relish
2 tbsp (30 mL) cilantro or parsley, chopped
½ cup (125 mL) shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups (750 mL) cooked chicken, diceed in small pieces
1 tbsp (15 mL) Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish
6 (10”/25 cm) flour tortillas
Bick’s® Savoury Tomato Relish

Directions:

1. Combine cream cheese, Bick’s® Sweet Corn and Savoury Tomato relishes, cilantro and cheddar cheese. Set aside.
2. In separate bowl, mix chicken with Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish.
3. Spread cream cheese mixture on tortillas. Cover with chicken mixture. Roll up tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap.
4. Chill 2 hours or overnight.
5. Cut into ½” (1 cm) slices and serve with Bick’s® Savoury Tomato Relish.

1. Delicious served hot or cold.
2. For a healthier version use light cream cheese.
