½ cup (125 mL) Bick’s® Zesty Onion Relish¼ cup (50 mL) Bick’s® Savoury Tomato Relish1 lb (450 g) ground beef¾ cup (175 mL) breadcrumbs2 eggs1 tbsp (15 mL) prepared mustard1 tsp (5 mL) garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste4 Bick’s® Sandwich Savers - Hot' n Spicy1 1/2 oz (43 g) Cheddar cheese, divided into 4 equal slices
1. Lightly grease pan or grill and preheat broiler or barbeque to high.2. Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl, mixing just until combined. Set aside.3. Fold each pickle in half, pressing down to create a fold. Layer with a slice of Cheddar cheese.4. Shape meat mixture into 4 thick patties. Place pickle and Cheddar cheese in center of each burger, smoothing meat to close up.5. Broil or barbeque 10 minutes on high, turn and continue cooking 8-10 minutes longer, until no longer pink inside.
