Bick’s® Best Burger Sauce

Bick’s® Best Burger Sauce

Preparation Time:

Makes: 3 ½ cups (875 mL)

Ingredients:

1 cup (250 mL) Bick’s® Zesty Onion Relish
½ cup (125 mL) Bick’s® Tangy Dill Relish
1 cup (250 mL) grated cheddar or swiss cheese
1 cup (250 mL) mayonnaise
1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until serving.
2. Serve as a condiment for hamburgers, hot dogs or your favourite barbeque fare.

Note:

1. For a healthier version use light mayonnaise For an added flare try mixing up your burger patties with some of these tasty ingredients:
2. Mix Bick’s® Zesty Onion Relish into hamburger meat.
3. Mix in fresh chopped herbs (dill, parsley, basil, or cilantro) when making patties.
4. Season meat with soy, barbeque or Worcestershire sauce.
5. Mix Bick’s® Hot Banana Peppers in hamburger meat.
6. Try making burgers out of ground chicken, turkey or lamb.
7. Mix yogurt, sour cream or eggs into hamburger meat.
8. Form burger around a piece of goat cheese, brie or camembert.
