1 cup (250 mL) Bick’s® Savoury Tomato Relish½ cup (125 mL) Bick’s® Tangy Dill Relish1 cup (250 mL) grated cheddar or swiss cheese1 cup (250 mL) mayonnaise1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until serving.2. Serve as a condiment for hamburgers, hot dogs or your favourite barbeque fare.
1. For a healthier version use light mayonnaise For an added flare try mixing up your burger patties with some of these tasty ingredients: 2. Mix Bick’s® Zesty Onion Relish into hamburger meat.3. Mix in fresh chopped herbs (dill, parsley, basil, or cilantro) when making patties.4. Season meat with soy, barbeque or Worcestershire sauce.5. Mix Bick’s® Hot Banana Peppers in hamburger meat.6. Try making burgers out of ground chicken, turkey or lamb.7. Mix yogurt, sour cream or eggs into hamburger meat.8. Form burger around a piece of goat cheese, brie or camembert.
