2 cups (500 mL) raw cranberries2 cups (500 mL) peeled, chopped fresh pears1 cup (250 mL) sugar1 1/2 cups (375 mL) ROBIN HOOD® Quick Oats1/2 cup (125 mL) packed brown sugar1/3 cup (75 mL) ROBIN HOOD® All Purpose Flour1 tsp (5 mL) ground cinnamon1 tsp (5 mL) ground nutmeg1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped pecans (optional)1/2 stick (1/2 stick) CRISCO® All-Vegetable Shortening Sticks, melted
1. Heat oven to 325ºF (160°C).2. In a 2-quart (2L) baking dish, combine cranberries, pears, and granulated sugar. In a medium bowl mix remaining ingredients; spread over cranberry-pear mixture.3. Bake about 1 hour until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve warm or at room temperature
